Reception are available from 08.30am until 18.30pm to help answer queries and questions via telephone.
If you are requesting a call back from your GP reception will need to know as much information possible so that your request can be dealt with appropriately.
If your request can be dealt with administratively then we will endeavor to do so!
We are currently only booking in Urgent blood test and Urgent Reviews for face to face appointments.
We also have an ONLINE consultation system. This enables you to contact us through our website! Econsult will ask you a series of questions that will direct you to the most advised place of care for your current situation.
If you require to speak to a GP we may ask you to complete an Econsult first. Once the Econsult has been submitted with all the information necessary we can register you for a call back with in 24 hours during weekdays (If submitted on a Friday likely contact will be by Monday evening).
We still have availability in HUB clinics on late evenings and weekends. Please note you will be telephone triaged before being see Face to Face.
