We can send prescriptions electronically to a nominate pharmacy at request.
We encourage all who take regular medications (and those who don’t) to nominate a pharmacy that you collect from regularly, to receive prescriptions electronically.
You request medication as normal, however, when collecting medications you no longer have to come to the surgery to collect a FP10 (Green prescription).
Of course there will be some medications, appliances, solutions, injections etc. that CANNOT go electronically they are known as non-ETP2 compliant prescriptions if you are unsure if your medication comes under the non-ETP2 compliance, please do not hesitate to call us for information.
ALL prescriptions will take 48 hours to be processed by the surgery.
Pharmacies are currently experiencing issue getting Ranitidine in stock. Please note that if you take this regularly, your prescription may change temporarily to an alternative medication.
